Our annual reports
Our Annual Report 2016–17 details our performance in the preceding financial year. In 2016–17, we made significant progress in a number of projects that aim to ensure consumers have a say in how essential services are delivered, including:
- the adoption of a new regulatory model for pricing water and sewerage services in Victoria
- a review of assistance arrangements for electricity and gas customers who have difficulty paying their bills
- reviews of our water and energy retail codes to ensure regulated businesses provide appropriate support to customers experiencing family violence.

These documents outline our major work plans for each financial year, in line with our purpose of promoting the long term interests of Victorian consumers with respect to the price, quality and reliability of essential services.
