We have released a draft decision regarding changes to the Compliance and Performance Reporting Guideline to support the commencement of the payment difficulty framework on 1 January 2019. This review also includes a number of administrative changes.
The proposed changes are reflected in the following documents:

Stakeholders are invited to provide written submissions on the proposed changes outlined in our draft decision. This feedback will help inform the final decision.
