Update to VEEC assignment form for project-based activities

We received an enquiry from a stakeholder regarding which party was required to keep documentation relating to a project-based activities project.

Upon review, we have determined that the declarations in the VEEC assignment form for project-based activities needed to be amended to:

• require the energy consumer to provide the accredited person with documentation relating to the upgrade
• remove declaration by the energy consumer that the accredited person will keep documentation relating to the project in accordance with the program legislation. 

We have made changes to the VEEC assignment form for project-based activities to reflect above.

Accredited persons will need to ensure that they update their VEEC assignment form to reflect above changes.
