To provide participants with guidance on which lamp ballast combination are eligible for each lamp product type when creating VEECs in response to stakeholder queries on the issue.

Update to evidence required for car parks related space type and Building Code of Australia's class 7A buildings (with 7000 annual operating hours )

To update our evidentiary requirements to be consistent with other space types above 4500 annual operating hours by requiring additional evidence to verify the space type/building classification claim.
