The register of enforcement action

The register of enforcement action below is established and maintained by the commission pursuant to section 54ZO of the Essential Services Commission Act 2001. Dates in the register

As required under section 54ZO of the Act, the date recorded in the register for:

• contravention orders is the date the order was made
• penalty notice/s is the date the notice was paid
• enforceable undertakings is the date that the undertaking was accepted by the commission.
